　　First of all I would like to say thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.

　　My name is Tom. I am specialized in giving training and development as a human resource officer and have successfully conducted more than seven training programs in a year. I can mingle with people very easily and have strong inter-personal skills. I come up with creative solutions to challenges in job. 　　One of my strengths is that I'm extremely organized. That would contribute to your company's goals by making them more efficient, producing less wasted time, and helping them get more projects done more quickly to produce more bandwidth. That extra bandwidth will free up resources to focus on growing and finding new customers.

　　One of my weaknesses is that I tend to focus too much on the details, and sometimes that slows me down. I can also use this tendency to help make sure the company doesn't miss little things that may affect the quality of work, so existing customers will stay happy. 　　A:I don’t care very much about salary. What means more to me is the policy and working environment the company is offering and supplying me with.
