“如何作自我介招？”這個問題看上去似乎很簡單，人人都會。其實并不然，有很多人說的并不是很理想的。

　　【主要的現(xiàn)象有幾下幾點】

　　1、 不知從何說起。有很多同學(xué)當(dāng)聽到老師問：“Can you make a self-introduction?”時，首先遲疑幾秒，然后怔怔的看著：“老師說什么呀？”這一類算是“無準(zhǔn)備型”。自我介紹是你與人打交道，參加各類口語考試，職場面試不可或缺的一部分，同時也是非常重要的一部分。在面試時，我們經(jīng)常會被要求自我介紹，所謂自我介紹，就是把自已介紹給出別人，以使別人認(rèn)識自已，所以恰到好處的自我介紹，可以大大提高面試的好感。

　　2、缺乏邏輯性。還有一些同學(xué)在作自我介紹時，要么只說兩句話名字，年齡；要么夸夸其談但缺乏邏輯性。別看簡簡單單的一個自我介紹有時也能反映出一個人的邏輯思維和做事態(tài)度。

　　3、缺乏幽默感。幽默的開場除了可以營造出活潑和睦的氣氛外，還能給對方留下深刻的第一印象，即使對象是以建立了朋友關(guān)系或同事關(guān)系的外國人，在酒會或聚餐等各式場合，同樣可以用詼諧的方式來表現(xiàn)自我，使你和他們之間的關(guān)系達到更圓滿的程度。

　　面試自我介紹應(yīng)大體包括本人的姓名、工作、籍貫、學(xué)歷、興趣以及與交往對象的某些熟人的關(guān)系等。如：“我的名字叫王光，是里潤公司副總裁。10年前，我和您先生是大學(xué)同學(xué)。” 其中本人姓名、供職的單位及部門、擔(dān)負的職務(wù)或從事的具體工作等三項，又叫工作式自我介紹內(nèi)容的三要素，通常缺一不可。

　　①姓名。應(yīng)當(dāng)一口報出，不可有姓無名，或有名無姓。

　　②單位。單位及部門，如可能最好全部報出，具體工作部門有時可以暫不報出。

　　③職務(wù)。擔(dān)負的職務(wù)或從事的具體工作，有職務(wù)最好報出職務(wù)，職務(wù)較低或者無職務(wù)，則可報出目前所從事的具體工作。

　　舉個例子，可以說：“我叫唐果，是大秦廣告公司的公關(guān)部經(jīng)理。”

　　【應(yīng)聘者具體應(yīng)注意以下幾點】

　　1、接到面試通知后，最好在家打個自我介紹的草稿，然后試著講述幾次，感覺一下。

　　2、自我介紹時首先應(yīng)禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，并向所有的面試人員（如果有多個面試考官的話）示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉(zhuǎn)過來后才開始。

　　3、 注意掌握時間，如果面試考官規(guī)定了時間，一定要注意時間的掌握，既不能超時太長，也不能過于簡短。

　　4、介紹的內(nèi)容不宜太多的停留在諸如姓名、工作經(jīng)歷、時間等東西上，因為這些在你的簡歷表上已經(jīng)有了，你應(yīng)該更多的談一些跟你所應(yīng)聘職位有關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷和所取得的成績，以證明你確實有能力勝任你所應(yīng)聘的工作職位。

　　5、在作自我簡介時，眼睛千萬不要東張西望，四處游離，顯得漫不經(jīng)心的樣子，這會給人

　　做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長久注視目不轉(zhuǎn)睛。再就是盡量少加一些手的輔助動作，因為這畢竟不是在作講演，保持一種得體的姿態(tài)也是很重要的。

　　6、在自我介紹完后不要忘了道聲謝謝，有時往往會因此影響考官對你的印象。
